>open ambcore.txtAs I've begun to include the Restoration as a whole in this, rather than handling it entirely on my own, I realize now it needs a real designation and objective. It's gone beyond a little "project" of mine- if I want to keep the full backing of the entire organization on this, it needs to be official.
Thus begins Operation AMBROSIA, with the primary objective of cleansing Cream the Rabbit of the Ichor serum, and a secondary objective of finding some beneficial usage for the Ichor.
These logs will still function the same, but now the stakes are higher than ever. Expect frequent additions and changes as developments within the case and direct experimentation occur.
We'll find our happy ending, even if we have to make it ourselves.

>open ambichor.rtfThe Ichor serum. The blood of Anathema, it vibrantly glows in a color that the naked eye views as magenta. Apparently, once subjected to the Ichor, you are able to see the color for what it actually is. Cream describes it first as "prunkle," and later as simply "ichor." As endearing as the former is, I will be proceeding further with the latter.
When introduced to the bloodstream, the Ichor spreads very quickly, reacting to the blood of the subject and transmuting it into a substance which, for clarity's sake, I will also refer to as Ichor. It is visible glowing inside of the subject's veins as it moves, and eventually shines through the subject's eyes. This reaction is limited- it takes more Ichor to cause than it produces. Thus, more external ichor is required in order to fully transmute a subject's bloodstream. Because of this, larger people require more Ichor in their body to establish full exposure. However, once full exposure has been obtained, the Ichor no longer has to be injected. Once injected, the Ichor forcibly establishes a constant state of homeostasis within the body. How it does so is unknown, but due to this the body can no longer feel hunger, thirst, exhaustion, and to some degree, pain. Injuries, regardless of severity, are nearly immediately regenerated. Cream has been flattened inside of a hydraulic press and- as you have seen- she regenerated completely. For all intents and purposes, subjects who have been fully exposed are immortal. The only observed exception to this appears to be wounds or scars that were inflicted before a subject has been injected with the Ichor, which prompts questions as to what exactly the source of this "regeneration" truly is.
It also expands the subject's mind greatly, raising their IQ into the thousands. Excessively fast learning of complex topics, as well as perfect boundless memory is to be expected. A desire for more knowledge has been observed, sometimes even leading to self-destructive behavior in the confidence that the body cannot truly die.
A less well-studied effect of the Ichor is the anomaly which it inflicts on pictures and recordings. Subjects who have not yet been fully exposed to the Ichor, but have been injected, will have an unsteady, constantly shifting chromatic outline on camera footage. Fully exposed subjects will periodically emit a transparent looping outline of themself, likely caused by making direct eye contact with the recording device. The cause of these anomalies is not yet known, but it presumably has something to do with Anathema's connection to machines and technology.
An even less well-studied effect is felt before a subject even makes contact with the Ichor, taking the shape of ominous premonitions within the subject's dreams and thoughts.
The Ichor has drastic withdrawal symptoms, ensuring mutual destruction for a subject should they not reach full exposure. After an extended period of time without reproduction, the transmuted Ichor begins to feed on cells which do not have any traces of the Ichor within them, causing the body to eat itself from the inside-out.
The Ichor will eventually inflict a comatose state upon a subject sometime after reaching full exposure.
Anathema states that the effects of the Ichor are reversible, even post-coma, but current investigations as to how to do that have not been fruitful. Anathema refuses to elaborate on how to reverse its effects until Cream awakes from her coma.
>

>open ambpremonitions.rtfA particularly not well documented effect of the Ichor, due to its seemingly paranormal origin. However, their presence cannot simply be coincidence- it's happened too consistently and too evidently to be considered so.
The premonitions appear first within a would-be subject's dreams, in the shape of a recurring nightmare. The full contents of this nightmare are currently unknown, as Cream was not able to remember them. However, one important phrase is known to appear within these nightmares: "see it all." What exactly this means we cannot be sure of, but considering many things: the Ichor strengthening a subject's mental capacity, Anathema's subsistence on data, as well as the presence of Metatron's Cube within Anathema's sigil, we can assume that "see it all" is meant surprisingly literally as a goal of sorts for a subject.
As a subject nears the day of their injection, the premonitions grow stronger and stronger, now in the shape of intrusive thoughts within the subject's mind, until eventually the subject cannot even sleep due to how violently the premonitions appear. Curiously, the premonitions vanish once the subject has been injected. How they even manifest in the first place without any interaction with the Ichor on the subject's part is unknown, and likely will remain unknown for the foreseeable future. Considering the origins of the Ichor, this may imply that Anathema's power scales much further than simply technology, and may even apply to reality itself.
Before entering the Ichor coma, the premonitions return in the shape of thoughts, the strength of which depending on just how close the coma is to happening. It is unknown if their dream state also returns, as Cream was never said to have dreamed during the times where Anathema put them to sleep. They have a much shorter span of time compared to the pre-injection premonitions, appearing at most a day before the coma would begin. Or, perhaps, the subject's mind is simply more capable of handling them, and thus they only become noticeable a day beforehand. Either way, they strengthen to a point of staggering even the heightened mental capacity of a fully exposed subject, until they eventually fall into the comatose state.
>

>open ambcoma.rtfA comatose state which all subject to full exposure to the Ichor are bound to meet. While the exact time it takes to occur appears to be bound to body mass similar to the other effects of the Ichor, it is currently unknown whether or not the length of it is also bound to body mass, if it ever ends at all. However, both Anathema and Cream have insisted that it does in fact have an end, so we can only hope and wait. Currently, both Cheese and Cream are comatose.
Before entering the coma, a subject will experience a return of the intrusive thoughts seen before their first injection. The current relation as to why they return is unknown as of now, but the fact that they seem to appear right before two "transition" periods seems very significant.
Upon first entering the coma, the subject will fall limp and release a bright surge of ichor-colored light from both of their eyes, uncontrollably screaming in a myriad of voices which all sound similar to their own, but not exact. This lasts for roughly four hours, after which the subject will cease their screaming and the glow from their eyes will return to typical Ichor-tainted levels. In this state, their vital signs appear as if they are asleep, occasionally spiking to levels so high our monitors can't record them, before returning to normal values.
At some point during the coma, a subject will begin to emit Anathema's sigil above their back. It is currently unknown why the sigil appears or if it is meant to symbolize some stage of development within their coma.
Anathema has described the state as a "transformation," and Eggman had gloated about the "irreversible changes" he'd inflict upon Cream. Thus, some drastic change must occur during the coma- perhaps it's some form of incubation period for the Ichor. Anathema will not elaborate on what exactly these changes are, nor how to reverse them, only that they are in fact reversible despite Eggman's words.

>open ambanathema.rtfInhabiting a damaged shell of Neo Metal Sonic, Anathema is a mysterious figure who Cream has grown a deep trust with ever since her injection with the Ichor. Somewhere within the shell lies a near endless source of clawed metal tentacles, which act as Anathema's main method of manipulating her environment and moving herself around. She seems to feed on data itself. How she does so is not currently known, but it likely has something to do with her control over electronics.
Anathema is the source of the Ichor, with it being her "blood." Due to this blood bond, Anathema shares a mental link with those subject to the Ichor, being able to observe their thoughts and memories as well as selectively share her own. It appears her influence over them increases as they near full exposure to the Ichor, and the urge to take the final dose found within the withdrawal effects may very well be Anathema herself speaking to subjects through their mind.
Though the exact state of Anathema's existence is unknown, she is presumed to be in some way robotic due to her appearance as well as her extensive control over electronics. She appears to be able to wirelessly take over devices, observing their data, altering their displays, and in some cases entirely breaking them.
Anathema was at some point allied with Eggman, as she was being held somewhere within the base which most of Project X-042 occurred. How Eggman drew her in is unknown, but regardless she is no longer affiliated with him. Eggman's cruelty to Cream during her captivity appears to be the reason Anathema left him behind.

>open ambreversal.rtfCream, don't read this one.A website set up by Miles "Tails" Prower, detailing his research on the Ichor for his "Reversal Project." It was later taken over by Cream, who used it for the same purpose.
The two reveal that the Ichor is alive, because its name is a bit more literal than we think; the Ichor is the blood of Anathema. While that doesn't explain its other effects, it does explain why Anathema and Cream have been mentally linked, as well as why Anathema appears to have so much control over this mental link compared to Cream. It's also revealed that Anathema has agreed to help Cream reverse the effects of the Ichor after her "transformation," likely referring to whatever happens during the Ichor-afflicted coma. I would not take her words for face value. It being described as a "transformation" which Anathema refuses to elaborate on the specifics of prompts me to believe it'll be too late to reverse by the time the transformation is completed.
While most of the website's content regarding the Ichor has been detailed in ambichor.rtf, it nevertheless remains prominent due to a sinister secret hidden within the website.
Before Cream's ownership of the website, hidden within the margins were messages laid for me in specific. I can only assume Anathema was the one to lay them. While most of it was just threatening prose, Anathema did give a clue at the very end:
"I've given what I've always known.
Now through your veins, my power's grown."
It does not end there, however. After Cream took over the website, Anathema's messages disappeared. Her influence on it did not.
If you are not acclimated to the sight of gore, I recommend you do not read further.
By hovering over "God" above the graph in the middle of the page, you reveal a link to a secret website. It calls me by name, and by scrolling down repeatedly you can find an image taken by Cream herself, showing her disemboweled by a power saw inside of an abandoned Eggman base. Written below it, which you'll have to highlight to read, is a message which I can only presume was meant to intimidate me.
You may understand why I emphasize being so careful with this information, now. Anathema knows I exist. She knows I am watching. But I am not going to be deterred so easily.

>open ambx042.txtThe start of everything. "Project X-042" is the name Eggman gave to his experiment with the Ichor. While I doubt Cream was chosen on purpose, she ended up as the subject due to her capture at the hands of Metal Sonic after she stole a data drive during her first adventure: a raid on an active eggbase with the help of Shadow the Hedgehog and Knuckles the Echidna, who showed up after seeing her posts about the raid. To summarize the events during her time in captivity:
-She makes friends with most of Eggman's robotic entourage. Metal Sonic in specific is rebooted in order to break their bond, but despite this traces of the bond remained, no doubt being assisted by Cream's insistence on the two of them being friends. Metal Sonic has since broken his code yet again, officially being disowned by Eggman. Through this, he has apparently obtained free will. Orbot is heavily damaged due to his disobedience, and is recovered during Cream's escape to be repaired. He now acts in a similar role to Gemerl. Cubot remains loyal to Eggman, having been rebooted too many times to deviate.
-She is broken out by Metallix and Vector the Crocodile, before she is able to get the final dosage of the Ichor to complete her exposure to it. In order to study the Ichor, they do recover the final injection, but Cream would later have Orbot inject her with it after her withdrawal symptoms elevated to a degree which she could no longer bear.
After finding out that Cream had taken the final injection, Eggman has once again set his sights on her. Metal Sonic and Kronos the Bat were deployed in attempts to retrieve her, but neither were successful.

>open ambsigil.rtfA mysterious sigil, first documented appearing upon Cheese's back a decent amount of time into his coma.
It glows a bright magenta- no doubt truly glowing ichor- and bears two distinct features that lead me to who I believe the sigil belongs to: Anathema.
The outer border of the sigil has the same markings found on Anathema's tentacles, and the center circle is divided the same way as her eye. These, its color, as well as it appearing during an Ichor-induced coma state, provide no small amount of evidence to point towards the sigil in some way, shape, or form being related or belonging to Anathema.
Something which provokes a great sense of curiosity within me is the pattern which makes up most of the sigil's space. That arrangement of circles and lines is a direct match with a symbol of sacred geometry, Metatron's Cube. To those not particularly familiar with sacred geometry and religious imagery- I myself only just recently delved into the topic- Metatron's Cube is meant to represent every possible thing in existence. It's the architecture of the world, the schematics for creation itself, and how every living being is connected in some way.
Anathema's presence within the sacred symbol can't be a coincidence, especially considering her literal consumption of data. I believe it's meant to show her thirst for the knowledge of all things that have existed, are existing, and will exist, wrapping her tentacles around the very fabric of reality. In the end, her goal is to reach the center of it all; to comprehend that foundation upon which all things living or inanimate find their ancestry.
Perhaps, this is what "see it all" meant.
